Internet Marketing Terms and Conditions of Service

1. Our Goal is to provide you with the best results for your business, the highest quality service, customer service and speed of service.

2. We Guarantee to keep you on the first page of Google, Yahoo & Bing 24/7, until your monthly budget is reached.*

3. *Factors which could void our guarantee include but are not limited to:

Top level domain name conflicts (if another person is advertising the same website on the same search phrase: example, you have a vacation rental property at www.vrbo.com/240880, another person has a vacation rental property at www.vrbo.com/123456. If you both try to advertise under the phrase “Vacation Rentals”, Google will not allow both to be on the 1st page at the same time because the top level of their domain name (www.vrbo.com) is the same.);
Economic Factors (When we take you as a client we are only taking 23.3% of your monthly budget as our fee and we are dedicating the remaining 76.7% of your monthly budget to acquiring clicks and exposure for your website and business. We provide you with a recommended budget that we estimate should be enough to maintain you on the 1st Page of Google 24/7 for a month. Should it turn out that the selected budget is not sufficient to maintain you on Google 24/7 for the entire month then we will let you know. The options at that point would be to either remove you from Google once your monthly budget is reached, reduce the scope of your campaign to try to keep it within your budget or simply increase your monthly budget to allow for more time online.);
Natural Catastrophe (If a tsunami destroys all of Google’s headquarters and the internet is wiped out, we would not be able to maintain our guarantee since Google and the internet would no longer exist.)

4. Our company has the lowest pricing for our services and the highest quality level of service compared with all of our competitors that we’ve found. We only take 23.3% of your monthly budget as our fee for our pay per click campaign management services for internet advertising on the major search engines.

5. In addition to maintaining your website on the 1st page of Google, Yahoo & Bing 24/7, we will also add your business to the Google Maps (aka Google Places for Business) at no additional cost to you, as well as create a page for your business on Facebook. These services are free and will be provided upon your request. They are not automatically given when you sign up and receiving these services does require your participation. For Google Maps, there is a verification process that we will need your assistance to complete. For Facebook, we will create a page for your business, but you will need to have a personal Facebook account as well so you can be a fan of your business and also administer the site once it is set up for you.

6. We will provide you with monthly evaluations of your account, including such information as Impressions (the number of people that have seen your ads), Clicks (the number of people that clicked your ad to visit your website) and your Click Through Rate (ratio of clicks to impressions).

7. If you need a website we will be happy to construct it for you.
Our website pricing is:
$25 for a domain name, per year. Or $40 for 2 years.
$5 for website hosting per month. Or $55 for 1 year or $100 for 2 years.
$100 a page for the first 10 pages, then
$90 per page for pages 11-20, then
$80 per page for pages 21-30, then
$70 per page for pages 31-40, then
$60 per page for pages 41-50, then
$50 per page for pages 51- infinity.

This is a one-time fee to build your website, with a 3 page minimum ($300).
Under this pricing model, a 10 page website is $1000.
A 20 page website is $1900.
For a 30 page website the price is $2700.
For a 40 page website the price is $3400.
For a 50 page website the price is $4000.
For each additional 10 pages the price would increase $500.

Our websites are fully customizable and come with free tutorials on how to make changes to your site once it is complete. All of our websites come optimized for search engines, meaning that they come installed with Title, Keyword & Description Meta Tags throughout the site. All of our websites also come with an XML Sitemap (the type that the search engines prefer) which is set to automatically update Google, Yahoo & Bing every time that you make a change to your website. This is very helpful for your Search Engine Optimization efforts.

If we are building you an e-commerce website, you can count the number of pages by the number of products that we will be placing on your online store. Each product will have it’s own page. This is important for your search engine optimization. We will also add all of your products to the Google Product Search as part of building your e-commerce website.
